School Performance

We continue to be impressed by the effort our children put into their learning and by their aspirations to achieve well. The progress made by our children (from KS1 to KS2) in reading has been significantly above the national average (top 20% of schools) for two consecutive years.

Compare School and College Performance - Lancaster Dallas Road Community Primary School

We are happy to share our Key Stage 2 results for 2024–25. These tests are an important measure of how well children have learned in reading, writing, and maths by the end of primary school. Our pupils performed strongly, with results above national averages in most areas.

These achievements reflect the hard work of our pupils and staff, and we are incredibly proud of them.

However, KS2 tests are just one part of the story. They provide a snapshot of learning in core subjects, but primary education is so much more. At our school, we value creativity, curiosity, resilience, and kindness. We celebrate achievements in art, music, sport, and personal growth alongside academic success. Our aim is to prepare children not just for the next stage of education, but for life – helping them become confident, well-rounded individuals.
